These terms apply when you buy or use software from Kaizōsha — including apps, websites, and other products we build and sell.
By purchasing or using our software, you agree to use it as intended and in line with any licence we grant. We sell software as-is; we do not guarantee it will meet every need or be error-free. We may update software and these terms over time; continued use means you accept the current version.
You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer our software unless we explicitly allow it. We keep ownership of the software and its code unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
For custom apps or websites built for you, the scope, delivery, and ownership will be set out in a separate contract or statement of work.
