Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy - How Kaizōsha handles personal data across websites, applications, software, services, support, payments, analytics, and uploaded content.
Last updated: 30 June 2026.
CONTROLLER
This privacy policy is issued by Kaizosha Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated in India in 2026 and based in Telangana. The company commonly operates as Kaizōsha.
For privacy requests, data questions, consent withdrawal, or grievances, contact privacy@kaizosha.org.
SCOPE
This policy applies to Kaizōsha websites, applications, software, services, accounts, support, payment flows, subscriptions, custom work, and communications that link to or refer to this policy.
Our products change over time. A product-specific privacy notice, app-store disclosure, customer agreement, or in-product notice may provide additional or different details for that product. If so, that more specific notice applies to that product.
DATA WE COLLECT
Depending on the product or service, we may collect account details, name, email address, organisation, login identifiers, billing details, order records, license details, support messages, product preferences, device data, app logs, crash logs, diagnostic data, analytics events, cookie identifiers, IP address, approximate location, and usage data.
We collect information you provide directly, information created by your use of a product, information from payment processors or app stores, and information from service providers that help us operate our products.
CONTENT AND MEDIA
Some products may process photos, videos, audio, chats, translations, subtitles, AI prompts, generated outputs, uploaded files, documents, contacts, or other content. Whether this data stays on device, is uploaded, is stored, or is processed by a provider depends on the product and the feature you use.
You should not upload content unless you have the right to do so and the content is appropriate for the product. Product-specific controls may allow you to delete, export, save, or manage some content.
WHY WE USE DATA
We use personal data to provide products and services, create and manage accounts, process purchases, deliver subscriptions, perform custom work, respond to support, secure systems, prevent abuse, fix bugs, improve performance, communicate updates, measure usage, comply with law, and enforce our terms.
Where a product uses AI, translation, search, recognition, classification, generation, or media-processing features, data may be used to provide the requested feature, maintain reliability, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
CONSENT AND BASIS
We process personal data when needed to provide requested goods or services, perform a contract, comply with law, protect our systems and users, operate our business, or where you have given consent for a specified purpose.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent through product controls or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed and may limit our ability to provide the relevant product or feature.
COOKIES AND ANALYTICS
We may use cookies, local storage, analytics, logs, and similar technologies where needed to run websites, remember preferences, secure sessions, understand usage, improve products, measure performance, and diagnose errors.
Browser, device, operating-system, and product controls may let you block or delete cookies and analytics identifiers. Some features may not work correctly if required storage or permissions are disabled.
PAYMENTS
Payments may be processed through app stores, payment processors, bank transfers, invoices, or other providers depending on the product or service. We usually receive payment status, order details, tax or invoice information, and limited transaction identifiers rather than full card details.
Payment providers, app stores, and banks process payment data under their own terms and privacy policies.
SHARING
We may share data with service providers, contractors, hosting providers, payment processors, app stores, analytics providers, support tools, communications services, AI or media-processing providers, professional advisers, regulators, authorities, or transaction partners where needed for the purposes in this policy.
We do not sell personal data. We require service providers to use data only for authorised purposes and to apply appropriate safeguards.
RETENTION
We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide products and services, maintain accounts, complete transactions, answer support requests, meet legal, tax, accounting, security, and compliance obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Retention periods vary by product and data type. Where practical, we delete, anonymise, or reduce data when it is no longer needed.
SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If you believe your account, data, or a Kaizōsha product has a security issue, contact support@kaizosha.org promptly with enough detail for us to investigate.
YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on applicable law and the product involved, you may be able to request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, a summary of processing, grievance redressal, or other rights available under applicable privacy law.
Send requests to privacy@kaizosha.org. We may need to verify your identity, understand the product involved, and keep records needed for legal, security, fraud prevention, or dispute purposes.
AGE AND CHILDREN
Age restrictions vary by product, app store, region, and service. Some products may not be intended for children, and some may require consent or supervision by a parent, guardian, school, organisation, or customer administrator.
If you believe a child has provided personal data in a way that should not have occurred, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
We are based in India, but our products and service providers may operate in other countries. Personal data may be processed, stored, supported, or transferred outside your state or country where needed to provide the relevant product or service.
When we use providers in other locations, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate contractual and operational safeguards.
CHANGES
We may update this policy as our products, services, providers, business, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
Product-specific notices may also be updated inside the relevant product, app store listing, account area, or customer agreement.
