COMPANY
BUSINESS
For new work, include the product or service you want, your timeline, platform, budget range if known, and whether you need a fixed deliverable, consulting, maintenance, licensing, or a longer-term product build.
SUPPORT
For support, include the product name, platform, device or browser, app version if available, account email if relevant, screenshots or logs if safe to share, and clear steps to reproduce the issue.
PRIVACY AND GRIEVANCE
For privacy requests, include the product or service involved, the email or account identifier connected to the request, the right you want to exercise, and enough information for us to verify and respond.
REQUESTS
If your message relates to a purchase, include the marketplace, payment processor, invoice number, transaction reference, or order email. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, payment card numbers, private keys, or sensitive files unless we specifically ask for them through an appropriate channel.
If your request is urgent because it involves security, account access, payment fraud, legal notice, or data protection, say so clearly in the subject line.
RESPONSE
We try to respond to genuine business, support, and privacy requests in a reasonable time. Complex technical issues, custom work, billing reviews, legal requests, and privacy verification may take longer.
We may not respond to spam, abusive messages, automated sales outreach, requests unrelated to Kaizōsha, or messages that do not provide enough information to understand the issue.
PUBLIC CHANNELS
Public channels are useful for public project information and general updates. Do not post private account, payment, legal, or personal data in public channels.
